GAIA COFFEE is a woman-founded, London-based social enterprise. We’re creating more than a coffee shop, we’re building a space where ethical coffee, inclusion, and community wellbeing come together.

Our mission is to serve people and planet while delivering measurable local impact in the boroughs we operate in.

At GAIA COFFEE, we believe great coffee can serve a greater purpose.

We’re committed to sustainability, inclusive employment, and community connection. Our brand prioritises fair sourcing, support for underrepresented voices, and creating welcoming spaces that foster wellbeing and opportunity.

We’re building a brand that delivers real impact from day one through:

– Free barista training for people facing employment barriers

– Mentoring and visibility for young women in coffee and culture

– Creative pop-ups showcasing local youth talent

– Partnerships with grassroots charities, food banks, and wellbeing groups

– Low-waste, circular operations across our supply chain

– A commitment to reinvest profits back into our local boroughs

– A dedicated role reserved for survivors of modern slavery as part of our training and employment programme .

Our first Impact Report will be published 6 months after launch to share our progress and outcomes transparently.

Our impact is inspired by global goals  like sustainability, education, good health, and decent work  and translated into real change through local partnerships and programs.

GAIA COFFEE is designed to grow into a network of ethical, inclusive coffee shops across London. Each location will act as a creative and social hub, expanding our ability to support people, culture, and the planet.
