From day one, we’ve committed to building a purpose-led business that creates value for both people and place. Every cup we serve contributes to positive social impact, rooted in the communities we operate in.

Our approach is simple: as GAIA grows, so does our contribution to local communities.

Every Cup Counts

GAIA reinvests 5% of annual profits into local, community-led initiatives, starting in Tower Hamlets.

As the business grows through pop-ups, mobile coffee vans, and future permanent spaces, our reinvestment will increase to 10% by Year Two, ensuring impact grows alongside the business.

These are organisations doing vital work at a local level, often with limited access to funding.

How Funds Are Distributed

To ensure transparency and meaningful impact, GAIA partners with trusted community foundations to distribute funds responsibly.

Our primary impact partner is the East End Community Foundation – Life Chances Campaign, which supports a wide range of grassroots organisations across Tower Hamlets.

This approach allows GAIA to contribute to multiple community projects while ensuring accountability and effective distribution.
