At GAIA Coffee, we believe you should know where your coffee comes from. Every bean is chosen with intention — supporting quality, fair pay, and long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.
That’s why we source our coffee through Monmouth Coffee Company, a London-based roaster known for its people-first, transparent approach to sourcing and long-standing relationships with growers at origin.
Our beans are roasted in Bermondsey, London, using energy-efficient methods that highlight each origin’s natural character — from bright, fruit-forward profiles to deeper, chocolatey notes.
While coffee isn’t grown in the UK, great coffee starts at origin. We prioritise traceable supply chains, ethical partnerships, and producers who care deeply for their land and communities.
Origins you can taste:
Colombia · Rwanda · Peru · Honduras · Kenya
Seasonal, traceable, and roasted with purpose — always.
GAIA is more than coffee — it’s a movement rooted in connection, care, and conscious impact.
From the producers behind our beans to the communities we serve across East London, every step of our journey is designed to support people and planet together.
Each cup helps fund positive change — championing transparency, sustainability, and reinvestment into grassroots, community-led initiatives, with 5% of profits given back to create real, lasting impact.
We’re just getting started.
Join the GAIA Circle and be part of the story behind every cup.

Every Cup Counts ☕ 5 % → 10 % of profits reinvested locally
