GAIA is a woman-led, independent coffee space in the making built to serve ethically sourced coffee with creativity, care, and intention.
Designed with warm earth tones, natural textures, and flowing greenery, GAIA blends calm design with meaningful connection creating a space that feels open, rooted, and welcoming.
More than just a café, it’s a home for community, creativity, and shared experience a place to pause, feel grounded, and belong.
And yes dogs are always welcome. Because at GAIA, everyone’s part of the family.

Giving Back, Growing Forward
GAIA is an independent, profit-driven business with a social mission at its core.
A portion of profits will be reinvested into the community supporting grassroots charities, free barista training, and sustainability workshops that uplift local people support our communities who faced exclusion , inequality or isolation.
We proudly stand with both women and men affected by modern slavery, and we’re committed to training survivors with the goal of placing a GAIA-trained team member in every future shop we open.
Our space will also be available free of charge to host events, workshops, and creative gatherings that reflect the voices and values of the community.
Shaped by collaborators, creatives, and people who care, it’s a place where culture thrives. From art pop-ups and DJ brunches to women-led events and sustainable fashion, we’ll open our doors to share ideas, celebrate talent, and bring people together.

GAIA will proudly serve ethically sourced, fully traceable coffee grown on small farms in Colombia and Kenya, honouring farmers, protecting the land, and supporting sustainability through fair pricing and low-impact farming.
We believe in full transparency, from where your coffee comes from to how it’s grown and who it supports. Every cup will reflect our care for people, planet, and craft.

At GAIA COFFEE, sustainability and community are part of the plan from day one, from ethical sourcing and low-waste training to circular systems we’re co-designing with ReLondon and Tower Hamlets Council.
Fair Trade Sourcing
We plan to serve fair-trade, consciously sourced beans from small farms around the world, supporting both people and planet with every cup.
Waste Reduction Training
Ahead of launch, we’re working with ReLondon to shape GAIA into a low-waste, responsible space. Our team will be trained in sustainable operations to build a better experience for both people and the planet.
Transparent Impact
Once open, we’ll publish a public GAIA Impact Report sharing our progress, data, and ongoing commitment to transparency and real change.
